Throughout my life, I've experienced varying degrees of success. Back in high school, I excelled as a running back and even caught the attention of division 1 colleges like UCLA and Clemson. However, due to some poor decisions, I ended up quitting the football team during my junior year and instead opted to join the Marines. Unfortunately, I found myself in the wrong crowd during my time in the Marines, leading me to leave after only one year. Despite my good intentions, I always seemed to get knocked down no matter how far I climbed. My lowest point came in 1993, when I landed in jail. It was during my time in that cramped cell that I finally realized the need for change, and that change had to start with me—not with my football coach or the people I met in the Marine Corps. And so began my journey towards success. I knew there had to be more to life than what I had been experiencing, so I embarked on a transformative journey from chaos to triumph. Today, I am a business owner, a pastor of a thriving and growing church, and a Bishop responsible for overseeing other leaders. I am also a Licensed Leadership coach and a Church growth coach who is driven by a passion to inspire and empower individuals to become successful leaders.
